- 60 MINS
Designed for children, ages 4 to 10. With soothing instruction, Bearcub Yogis learn to slow down and focus, becoming more mindful. While stretching, strengthening and letting go, they are able to expend some pent up energy. Bearcub Yogis tend to love the chanting and meditation in these classes, so do not be surprised if they sing to the momma and poppa bears when out of class.
CATSKILL GREEN VINYASA - 60-75
Not sure how your downward dog differs from your upward dog? No problem, this class guides you through a well rounded practice, with modifications for the newer yogis and challenging options for the more seasoned practitioners. Proper form and alignment is stressed to prevent injury. Class is inclusive of brief chanting and meditation, leaving you a contented yogi.
CATSKILL PEAKS VINYASA -
This is Kim’s favorite class: well rounded with plenty of variety and always leading to a peak pose (or two, or three.) Taught with plenty of modifications, so all levels can have a satisfying physical practice, while deepening their knowledge and honoring their bodies.
The best part is that Kim is free after class to answer any questions. She is always happy to listen, help and encourage.
1 HR BASICS:
Sun Salutations “Surya Namaskas” warm up the body and link your breath to your movements. Taught in this basics class are 3 versions as well as many standing poses. All taught with intent for no injury and refinement of posture.

BACKBENDS & TWISTING
What is not to love about strengthening your back body while opening across your heart center? Undo all of that hunching over your desk and iphone. This class is invaluable for those with tight backs, shoulders, hip flexors and thighs. You will leave feeling looser, perhaps taller.
Open to all levels.
1 HR BASICS: FORWARD BENDS & INVERSIONS
Stretch out those hamstrings and lower back, while tightening up your core. Gain confidence and steadiness in inverting (you do not have to go all the way, plenty of modifications taught and we always can use the wall). Begin to look at life with a different perspective.
A great class for runners, and those who need more overall flexibility and core strength.
1 HR BASICS:
Want to feel light, yet be strong? Looking to master arm balances and more advanced transitional poses?
This class will help you understand leverage and playing with your center of gravity. A wonderful class for all levels.
